Day 03 Explore Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and visit Huanglong Cave in the afternoon  Overnight in Wulingyuan

Day 06 Roam the Phoenix Terrace • Discover Shen Congwen’s Literary Legacy→Stilted Houses & Historic Wall→【Tuo River Boat Ride＆Shen Congwen’s Former Residence＆Wanshou Palace】→Afternoon ride back to Zhangjiajie-Warm home

 

 

Travel Itinerary

Day 1：

All day: depart from the departure point and arrive in Zhangjiajie.

18:00 VIP private transfer，Arrive at your downtown Zhangjiajie hotel near the base of Tianmen Mountain and complete check-in procedures

 

Day 2：

08:00：Depart from the hotel to Tianmen Mountain.

08:30：Start visiting Tianmen Mountain, including Tianmen Cave, High Mountain Sightseeing Cableway, etc.

12:30：Enjoy lunch within the scenic area (it is recommended to bring it or purchase it within the scenic area).

14:00：Continue to visit Sky Road, glass walkway, 99 winding mountain roads, etc.

17:00：After the tour, go down to Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot for accommodation.

 

Day 3：

08:30：Depart from Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon

12:30：Enjoy lunch in the Grand Canyon scenic area.

14:00：End the Grand Canyon tour and head to Huanglong Cave.

16:00：Start exploring Huanglong Cave.

18:00：After the tour, return to Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot for accommodation.

 

Day 4：

08:00：Depart from Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon

09:00：Start exploring Yuanjiajie, Avatar filming locations

12:00：Enjoy lunch in the scenic area.

13:30：Continue to visit Tianzishan and Shili Gallery.

17:00：After the tour, return to Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot for accommodation.

 

Day 5：

07:30：Depart from Wulingyuan National Scenic Spot to Huangshi Stronghold in Forest Park.

09:30：Start visiting Huangshi Village.

11:30：Go to the Golden Whip Stream

13:00：Enjoy lunch within the Golden Whip Stream (it is recommended to bring your own or purchase within the scenic area).

14:30：Conclude the Golden Whip Stream hike and transfer to Furong Town

16:30：Arrive in Furong Town for a brief tour.

18:00：Go to Fenghuang Ancient City and enjoy the night view.

 

Day 6： 

08:30：Starting from the Fenghuang Ancient City, we will embark on a tour that includes a group of Stilted Houses, historical city walls

10:00：Tuo River Boat Ride＆Shen Congwen’s Former Residence＆Wanshou Palace

12:00：Enjoy lunch in the Fenghuang Ancient City

13:30：End the tour and take a bus back to Zhangjiajie.
